基于徐振晔教授“脾虚精亏”理论治疗肠癌术后腹泻临床诊治思维

摘　　要：肠癌术后腹泻缠绵难愈,严重影响患者术后恢复和生活质量,中医药在肠癌术后腹泻的治疗中取得了良好的疗效,积累了宝贵的经验。运用徐振晔教授“脾虚精亏”理论中医药治疗肠癌术后腹泻诊治思维和“扶正与祛邪相结合、整体与局部治疗相结合、辨证与辨瘤相结合,重在调节阴阳平衡”的学术思想,浅谈辨治大肠癌术后腹泻中医药诊治经验,调和脾胃,温补肾阳,扶正祛邪,培元固本,可有效提高患者生活质量,预防肿瘤的复发和转移,为临床治疗肠癌术后腹泻提供新思路。Diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery is lingering and difficult to heal,which seriously affects the postoperative recovery and quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good efficacy in the treatment of diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery,and has accumulated valuable experience.Based on Professor Xu Zhenye’s theory of‘Spleen Vacuity and Essence Depletion’with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and clinical reasoning of postoperative diarrhea of colorectal cancer and the academic thought of‘the combination of strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogens,combination of holistic and local treatment,the combination of syndrome differentiation and tumor differentiation,focusing on regulating the balance of Yin and Yang’,the experience of TCM diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery was discussed.By harmonizing the spleen and stomach,tonifying kidney-yang,strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil and supporting healthy energy,it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis,and provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery.
