摘　　要：中医人体体表寒热虚实的判断是中医诊断的基本方法之一,本文分析了现有寒热虚实的客观化检测方法与技术,讨论了现有方法的优缺点、总结了目前寒热虚实客观化研究存在的问题。提出了寒热虚实的诊断技术发展思路:以传统中医学八纲中“寒热虚实”鉴别要素为基本点,从中医寒热虚实的症状分析角度出发,分析寒热虚实症状表现的物理现象,通过对人体寒热虚实表现各种物理现象的分析,提取这些现象背后本质的物理参量和呈现的特征,为后续分析与提取寒热虚实的物理特征参数,探索辨识寒热虚实的客观化检测方法和技术建立理论基础、提供思路与方案。This paper summarizes the existing detection methods and technologies of cold and heat deficiency and excess,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods.This paper summarizes the existing problems in the objectification of cold heat deficiency and excess.This paper puts forward the development idea of diagnostic technology of cold and heat deficiency and excess:Based on the identification elements of"cold and heat deficiency and excess"in the eight gang of traditional Chinese medicine,from the perspective of symptom analysis of cold and heat deficiency and excess in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper analyzes the physical phenomena of cold and heat deficiency and excess symptoms,and through the analysis of various physical phenomena of cold and heat deficiency and excess in human body,Extract the essential physical parameters and characteristics behind these phenomena,study the change trend and characteristics of these physical parameters,and establish a theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis and extraction of the physical characteristic parameters of cold and heat deficiency and reality,and explore the methods and technologies of identifying cold and heat.It provides ideas and schemes for exploring the objective detection methods and technologies for identifying cold and heat deficiency and excess.
