摘　　要：通过理论研究,采用文献收集、整理、分析的方法,归纳古今医家对脾胃湿热证证候特征的认识及证治规律和清热化湿法的运用特点;完成了清热化湿法作用机理研究,开展了脾胃湿热证量化诊断标准研究及基于代谢组学技术应用的湿热证本质探索等一系列研究,提出了"湿热伏邪"学说等学术观点,形成了一批创新性成果。Through theoretical research,the methods of document collection,sorting and analysis were used to summarize the knowledge of ancient and modern physicians on the characteristics of spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome,the law of syndrome and treatment,and the characteristics of the application of the method of clearing heat and removing dampness;This paper completed the research on the mechanism of heat-clearing and removing dampness,and carried out a series of studies such as the quantitative diagnosis standard research of spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome and the exploration of the essence of damp-heat syndrome based on the application of metabonomics technology,and the author has put forward academic viewpoints such as the theory of"damp-heat and hidden pathogen",and formed a batch of innovative results.
