摘　　要：目的通过数据库检索,归纳总结"干针"临床疾病谱,与针灸的疾病谱进行深入比较,明确"干针"疗法与中医针灸的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane library数据库中与"干针"有关的临床文献,检索时间从建库起至2019年6月1日。经阅读筛选后记录每篇文献的病症名,统计各病种文献数量,进行分类总结,并与针灸的疾病谱、理论、操作进行对比。结果共纳入临床研究文献324篇,涉及91种西医病症。文献最多的是痛症和肌肉骨骼疾病,占文献总量的90%以上;"干针"的优势病种相对集中,以肌肉骨骼和肌筋膜为主,这些疾病均属于中医的痛症、痹症以及经络病的范畴;针灸疾病谱完全涵盖"干针"的内容;"干针"的理论基础与中医针灸现代研究高度相关;"干针"的操作属于针灸的范畴。结论"干针"是临床医学基于生物解剖学理论的一种现代疗法,与中国针灸关系密切。Objective To summarize the clinical disease spectrum of"dry needle"by searching database,and to compare it with the disease spectrum of acupuncture,so as to clarify the relationship between"dry needle"therapy and acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods PubMed,EMBASE and Cochrane Library databases were searched by computer for clinical literature related to"dry needle"or"dry needling"from the date of establishment to June 1,2019.After screening,the disease names of each study were recorded.the number of studies of each disease was counted,and the disease spectrum,theory and operation of acupuncture were compared.Results A total of 324 clinical studies were included,involving 91 kinds of Western medical diseases.Pain and musculoskeletal symptoms account for more than 90%of the total documents.The dominant diseases of"dry needle"are relatively concentrated,mainly musculoskeletal and myofascial diseases,which belong to pain,arthralgia and meridian diseases of traditional Chinese medicine;the disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion completely covers the content of"dry needle";the theoretical basis of"dry needle"is correlated to acupuncture;the operation of"dry needle"belongs to the category of acupuncture.Conclusion"Dry needle"is a modern therapy based on bio-anatomic theory in clinical medicine,with close correlation to acupuncture.
