基于CiteSpace的针灸治疗带状疱疹的研究图谱分析

摘　　要：目的通过探索针灸治疗带状疱疹相关研究,总结针灸治疗带状疱疹的研究脉络、热点和发展趋势。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)1957年1月1日至2019年4月16日针灸治疗带状疱疹的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件生成相关文献的作者、研究机构和关键词的共现图谱,并进行分析。结果共有670篇文献被纳入,其中共有64位作者被纳入,黄国付、张红星、林国华和杨运宽等4位作者被引频次≥5。共有37所机构被纳入,共有5所机构被引频次≥5。共有98个关键词被纳入,带状疤疹、针灸治疗、缠腰火丹、带状疱疹、针灸疗法、疱疹、围刺等7个关键词出现爆发点,爆发点时间最近的是"围刺",持续时间为2009-2012年。中介中心值最高的为"带状疱疹后遗神经痛"的0.3。结论针灸治疗带状疱疹的研究热点主要在带状疱疹、针灸和带状疱疹后遗神经痛,热点趋向带状疱疹后遗神经痛。该方向的深入研究需要影响力大的作者之间进行沟通交流,加强多中心的合作,完善相关的基础研究。Objective To summarize the research vein,hotspot and development trend of acupuncture and moxibustion for heroes zoster.Methods The literature related to acupuncture treatment of heroes zoster on CNKI(from January 1,1957 to April 16,2019)were searched,and co-occurrence maps of authors,research institutions and keywords of relevant literature were generated by CiteSpace software,and analyzed.Results A total of 670 articles were included,of which 64 were included,and four authors,Huang Guofu,Zhang Hongxing,Lin Guohua,and Yang Yunkuan,were cited.A total of 37 institutions were included,and a total of 5 institutions were cited.A total of 98 keywords were included,and 7 key words,Belt scar rash,Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,Around the waist fire Dan,Herpes zoster,Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,Heroes bleb,and Surrounding acupuncture appeared.The most recent flashpoint was the"Surrounding acupuncture",which lasted from 2009 to 2012.The highest median value was 0.3 for"herpes zoster".Conclusion The hot spots of acupuncture therapy for herpes zoster are mainly herpes zoster,acupuncture and postherpetic neuralgia,and the hot spots tend to postherpetic neuralgia.In-depth research in this direction requires communication among influential authors,strengthening multi-center cooperation,and improving relevant basic research.
