摘　　要：本文对《中国药典》(2015年版一部)收录的145种含海洋中药成方制剂进行抗病毒研究文献检索,结果发现共有14种含海洋中药成方制剂具有抗病毒药理作用或可用于治疗病毒性疾病。14种含海洋中药成方制剂所含海洋中药包括珍珠、珍珠母、珊瑚、石决明、牡蛎5种;抗病毒研究或治疗病毒性疾病涉及流行性乙型脑炎、病毒性肺炎、病毒性肝炎、病毒性角膜炎、手足口病脑炎、疱疹性咽峡炎、口唇疱疹、带状疱疹、单纯疱疹、手足口病、风疹、水痘、玫瑰糠疹、多形性病毒疹、呼吸道合胞病毒、甲型H1N1、H3N2、H5N1、H7N9及H9N2流感等19种病毒性疾病。现据研究文献进行综述,以期为对抗病毒性疾病临床用药提供一定参考。This article conducted a search of antiviral research literature on 145 Chinese herbal formulas containing marine medicine included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition),and found that a total of 14 Chinese herbal formulas containing marine medicine have antiviral pharmacological effects or can be used for treatment.These 14 kinds of Chinese herbal formulas mainly containing pearl,mother of pearl,coral,concha haliotidis and oyster,and 19 kinds of viral diseases including epidemic encephalitis B,viral pneumonia,viral hepatitis,viral keratitis,hand foot mouth disease encephalitis,herpetic angina,mouth and lip heroes,zoster,heroes simplex,hand foot mouth disease,mbella,varicella,pityriasis rosea,polymorphous virus emotion,respiratory syncytial virus,influenza A H1 N1,H3 N2,H5 N1,H7 N9 and H9 N2 in antiviral research or treatment of viral diseases filed.The review is based on the research literature,with a view to providing a certain reference for the clinical use of antiviral diseases.
