摘　　要：作为指导中药临床应用的核心,四性理论在中药的临床应用和医疗实践中发挥了巨大的作用。四性主要指中药的寒、热、温和凉四种属性,温与热、寒与凉是本质相同、程度有别的同一药性属性,寒热二性可作为中药的首要药性。中药在治疗疾病的时候其"寒热"二性是否也参与药效的发挥?机体是否存在有感受药性"寒热"之基因或蛋白群?结合近现代对于中药药性理论及温度相关性瞬时受体电位的研究,发现中药寒热药性与温度相关性瞬时受体电位密切相关,温度相关性瞬时受体电位有可能成为中药药性理论研究的突破口。As the core of the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,four sex theory has played a great role in the clinical application and medical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.Four of the traditional Chinese medicine mainly refers to the temperature and cool properties,temperature and heat,cold and cold is essentially the same,with the same degree of resistance and other properties,can be used as a primary secondary resistance of traditional Chinese medicine.Whether the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease the"fever"sex is also involved in the efficacy of the play?If there are feelings of body resistance"and"gene or protein group?According to the modern theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the temperature dependence of the transient receptor potential research,found that the traditional Chinese medicine and drugs and transient receptor potential correlation of temperature is closely related to the breakthrough of temperature dependence of transient receptor potential may be the theory of traditional Chinese medicine research.
