摘　　要：目的总结分析当前高血压病的中医学术团队及其研究领域。方法检索2009-2018年高血压病中医研究文献,制定纳入与排除标准,应用RegexBuddy软件,提取作者、研究机构等信息,依据普莱斯定律,遴选核心作者候选人,通过综合指数法对核心作者候选人的综合学术水平值进行测评,确定核心作者,采用Netdraw软件绘制核心作者之间的网络关系图,识别学术团队。结果检索到高血压相关文献9442篇,共涉及6187位作者,计算综合指数,最终纳入核心作者69人,包含9个学术团队,分别是符德玉团队、韩学杰团队、胡元会团队、杜宇征团队、申春悌团队、唐蜀华团队、何佳团队、杨传华团队、方显明团队,各团队主要从对高血压病的中医认识、基本病机、常见证候以及治疗手段等方面开展研究工作,各有侧重,其中6个团队开展了证候研究,5个团队形成经验方或经典名方开展疗效观察研究。结论各学术团队对高血压病因病机的认识具有趋同性,血瘀、痰浊、阳亢是高血压病发病的关键环节,各团队辨证组方用药则各有侧重。Objective To analyze the current TCM academic teams of hypertension and its research field.Methods TCM literature on hypertension from 2009 to 2018 were searched.Inclusion and exclusion criteria were formulated.Then authors and research institutions were extracted by RegexBuddy software.Core author candidates were selected according to Price’s law and the comprehensive academic level of core author candidates were evaluates to determine the core author.Academic teams were identified using Netdraw Software.Results A total of 9442 literatures related to hypertension were retrieved,involving 6187 authors.69 core authors were eventually included by calculating the comprehensive index,which including 9 academic teams:Fu Deyu Team,Han Xuejie Team,Hu Yuanhui Team,Du Yuzheng Team,Shen Chunyi Team,Tang Shuhua Team,He Jia Team,Yang Chuanhua Team and Fang Xianming team.Each team mainly carries out research work from different perspectives,such as hypertension TCM understanding,basic pathogenesis,common syndromes and treatment methods.Six of the teams carried out syndrome research,and five formed experienced or classical famous teams to carry out curative effect.Conclusion Different academic teams have the similar understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension.Blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and yang hyperactivity are the key links in the pathogenesis of hypertension.Each team has its own emphasis on prescriptions based on syndrome differentiation.
