摘　　要：通过对《中药新药临床研究指导原则》、中医院校规划教材《中医内科学》、心力衰竭中医诊疗专家共识及近20年学术界对心衰辨证构成的比较分析,发现在权威文献、权威文献不同版本、现代中医学术界、权威文献与学术界之间的辨证差异较大。辨证论治是中医诊治疾病的基本方法,精准的辨证论治是提高临床疗效的基础。如何从纷繁复杂的前期辨证标准和辨证论治中精炼出公认、客观、相对稳定的辨证标准,是目前提高中医药治疗心衰疗效及中西医结合治疗心衰经验广泛推广的关键。文中对存在的诸多问题进行分析,并提出解决问题的初步思路与方法,以期引起同道们的重视,为解决目前心衰辨证提供参考。It was proved that there was great difference between authoritative literatures,Between different versions of the authoritative literature、Between modern Chinese medicine academia and Between authoritative literature and academia,Through the comparative analysis of the guiding principles for clinical research on new Chinese medicine,the planned textbook of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,the TCM internal medicine,the consensus of TCM diagnosis and treatment experts for heart failure,and the academic community’s composition of the syndrome differentiation for heart failure in recent 20 years,Syndrome differentiation and treatment is the basic method of TCM diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and accurate syndrome differentiation and treatment is the basis of improving clinical efficacy.How to refine the recognized,objective and relatively stable syndrome differentiation standards from the complicated and complicated early syndrome differentiation standards and treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the key to improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating heart failure and the extensive promotion of the experience in treating heart failure with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.This paper analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the preliminary thoughts and methods to solve the problems,hoping to attract the attention of colleagues,in order to solve the current confusion of heart failure syndrome differentiation to find the basic ideas and methods.
