摘　　要：传统中医药与现代生命科学有着不同的理论基础,但两者对生命健康的认识存在许多相通之处。随着现代生命科学的不断发展,中医与现代生命科学的碰撞和对话已成为人们日益关注的焦点。人们在深入到细胞乃至分子层次认识各种生命现象的同时,在现代生命科学的带动下,对中医药的认识也得到不少新的启发。本文通过对中医阴阳平衡理论与细胞氧化还原平衡之间的相关性,探讨阴阳平衡理论的微观表现,以期为中医药现代化研究提供新的思路。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and Modern science are two entirely different systems,but they have a common understanding of human health and diseases.The rapid development of molecular biology techniques open up a dialogue between Chinese and Modern science.Since a better understanding of the cellular and molecular mechanisms underpinning human health and disease,which have triggered a new understanding of TCM theories.In this paper,we review and discuss the high coherence and correspondence with Yin-Yang balance and cell redox homeostasis,which may reveal the essence of TCM and also provide novel therapeutic target for the modernization of TCM.
