摘　　要：血管性痴呆是临床第二大常见痴呆类型,以记忆力减退,认知功能下降为临床表现,患者生存质量差,治疗护理费用较高,给家庭和社会造成了沉重的负担。血管性痴呆,现代医学无明确推荐治疗用药,且疗效欠佳,中医的治未病思想和辨证论治的个体化治疗在防治血管性痴呆方面有着一定的优势,但目前尚无明确的中医相关诊断标准。临床预测模型符合当前个体化治疗和精准医学的思维模式,在临床及科研工作中扮演者重要角色。因此,建立血管性痴呆中西医结合临床预测模型将会对本病的预防和早期诊治提供帮助。本文从血管性痴呆的基本危险因素及临床预测模型的建立构想进行阐述,旨在论述和构想一个能够预测血管性痴呆的预测模型及建立条件,为临床工作者提供预防和治疗思路。vascular dementia is the second most common type of dementia in clinical practice,mainly manifested by memory decline and cognitive function decline.Patients have poor quality of life and high cost of treatment and nursing,which has caused a heavy burden on families and society.Vascular dementia,modern medicine does not clearly recommend the treatment of drugs,and the effect is poor.The idea of preventing and treating diseases and individual treatment based on syndrome differentiation have obvious advantages in preventing and treating vascular dementia.Clinical prediction model conforms to the current thinking mode of precision medicine and plays an important role in clinical and scientific research.Therefore,the establishment of clinical prediction model of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for vascular dementia will be helpful for the prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Based on the basic risk factors of vascular dementia and the conception of the clinical prediction model,this paper aims to discuss the establishment of a model and conditions that can predict vascular dementia,and provide ideas of prevention and treatment for clinical workers.
