摘 要:燃烧型焊条一旦引燃便不可中断,焊接产生的熔融金属流动性强,部分接头处出现凹坑,熔敷金属未完全填充焊缝,针对这一现象,研究了不同焊接方法对E32钢手工自蔓延焊接接头组织形态的影响。试验发现运用二重热输入法焊得的焊道宽度均匀,接头金属的冶金效果要优于单道焊和多道焊,得到富Fe相与母材相连的接头组织,接头抗拉强度达到340 MPa。Once ignited, combustion-type welding rod can not be interrupted, the melt metal produced by welding has strong fluidity, some joints have pits, and the weld is not fully filled by the deposited metal. Aiming at this phenomenon, the effects of different welding methods on the microstructure of E32 steel manual self-propagating welding joints were studied. It is found that the weld bead width obtained by double heat input method is uniform, and the metallurgical effect of joint metals is better than that of single pass welding and multipass welding. The microstructure of joint in which Fe rich phase is connected with base metal is obtained, and the tensile strength of the joint reaches 340 MPa.
