摘  要:针对超大厚壁法兰成形困难问题,用锻造模拟软件Forge对φ5350mm×φ3750mm×200mm环件进行了径轴向轧制有限元分析,给出了工件辗环之前环坯的最佳尺寸。采用开坯+辗环+芯轴拔长+局部镦粗+马架扩孔+粗车+辗环成形工艺,最终生产出了符合要求的产品,解决了超大厚壁法兰轧制成形困难的问题。Aiming at the forming difficulty of super large thick-walled flange, the finite element analysis of φ5350 mm×φ3750 mm×200 mm ring parts was carried out by using the forging simulation software Forge. The optimum size of ring blank before ring rolling was given. By adopting the blanking +mandrel drawing +horse-rack reaming process +local upsetting spinning forming +ring rolling forming process, the products which meet the requirements are finally produced, and the problem of forming super-large thick-wall flange is solved.
