摘 要:采用不同的浇注温度和旋转速度进行了M2-1.2Si新型数控刀具材料的铸造试验,并进行了耐磨损性能和组织的测试与分析。结果表明:随浇注温度从1450℃提高至1650℃,旋转速度从200 r/min提高至600 r/min,材料的磨损体积和平均晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,耐磨损性能先提升后下降。M2-1.2Si刀具材料的浇注温度优选为1550℃,旋转速度优选为400 r/min。当浇注温度为1550℃时,M2-1.2Si刀具材料的磨损体积和平均晶粒尺寸分别较1450℃铸造时减小了31.3%和26.4%;当旋转速度为400 r/min时,M2-1.2Si刀具材料的磨损体积和平均晶粒尺寸较200 r/min铸造时分别减小了29%和24.3%。The casting test of M2-1.2Si new NC tool material was carried out by using different pouring temperatures and rotating speeds, and the wear resistance and microstructure were tested and analyzed. The results show that the wear volume and average grain size of the material decreases first and then increases, and the wear resistance increases first and then decreases with the increase of pouring temperature from 1450℃ to 1650℃ and rotation speed from 200 r/min to 600 r/min.The optimized pouring temperature and rotation speed of M2-1.2Si tool material are 1550℃ and 400 r/min, respectively.When the pouring temperature is 1550℃, the wear volume and average grain size of M2-1.2Si tool material are reduced by31.3% and 26.4% respectively compared with those of 1450℃ casting. When the rotating speed is 400 r/min, the wear volume and average grain size of the M2-1.2Si tool material are reduced by 29% and 24.3%, respectively, compared with those of 200 r/min casting.
