摘 要:为解决电阻钎焊焊接温度难以采集的问题,设计了一种电阻钎焊焊接温度的高速采集装置及采集方法。简述了该装置的结构、试验原理及使用方法,并根据该方法对某型牵引电机引线与中性环电阻钎焊焊接热循环曲线进行了测试验证。结果表明:利用该装置和方法测试出的焊接热循环曲线符合物理学规律。该装置通过使用电压隔离技术和提高采集芯片的采样速率实现高速带电测量,能很好适应电阻钎焊加热时间短、温度变化快的特点,配合多通道同时采集,可以很方便地完成对焊接区不同位置温度变化过程的实时观察和完整记录,为合理焊接工艺的制定提供可靠依据。In order to solve the problem that the welding temperature of resistance brazing was difficult to measure, a high-speed acquisition device and acquisition method for temperature of resistance brazing welding was designed. The structure, test principle and application method of the device were briefly described. According to the method, the thermal cycle curve of a certain traction motor lead and neutral ring resistance brazing was tested and verified. The results show that the welding thermal cycle curve tested by the device and method conforms to the laws of physics. The device realizes high-speed live measurement by using voltage isolation technology and increasing the sampling rate of the acquisition chip,which can well adapt to the characteristics of short heating time and rapid temperature change of the resistance brazing.Combined with multi-channel simultaneous acquisition, the device can easily complete the real-time observation and record of the temperature change process in different locations of the welding zone and provide a reliable basis for the formulation of a reasonable welding process.
