摘  要:用热型连铸法制备直径6 mm的柱状晶Cu-Al-Be合金棒,从中制取2 mm×2 mm×4 mm的矩形试样。采用循环加载压缩实验,研究热型连铸柱状晶Cu-Al-Be合金棒横向(垂直于定向凝固方向)压缩的力学性能。结果表明:压缩前试样平均晶粒尺寸约为1 mm,晶界的取向差分布不均匀,压缩后可恢复超弹性应变为1%,应变超过1%后即产生残余变形。卸载后,经过约10 min,试样基本能完全恢复,说明试样发生应变回复滞后。Columnar crystalline Cu-Al-Be alloy rods with the diameter of 6 mm were prepared by heated mold continuous casting method,then the rectangular specimens of 2 mm×2 mm×4 mm were prepared.The transverse(perpendicular to the direction of directional solidification)compressive properties of the specimens were studied by cyclic loading compression experiment.The results show that the average grain size of the sample before compression is about 1 mm,the orientation difference distribution of the grain boundary is not uniform.After compression,the recoverable superelastic strain is about 1%,the residual deformation occurs when the strain exceeds 1%.After unloading for about 10 min,the residual strain can be completely recovered,which indicates the strain recovery lags appear in sample.
