摘  要:以新型高强度低合金低温钢20MnV为研究对象,对其进行不同温度的正火处理,采用OM、SEM、力学性能测试、低温冲击性能测试等试验方法,研究正火温度对高强度低合金低温钢组织与力学性能的影响。研究表明:20MnV钢热轧态试样组织由条状铁素体、少量针状铁素体和珠光体组成,组织中有明显珠光体条带;随着正火温度的升高,组织中的条状、针状铁素体逐渐消失,组织更为均匀,且混晶组织逐渐等轴化。860℃正火处理后20MnV钢的塑性和低温性能最佳,伸长率达到21.5%,低温冲击吸收能量为59 J;920℃正火处理后20MnV钢的综合性能最佳,屈服强度与抗拉强度分别达到450 MPa与744 MPa,伸长率达到20.5%,低温冲击吸收能量为45 J。Taking new type of high strength low alloy low temperature 20 MnV steel as the research object,the normalizing treatment of the steel was carried out at different temperatures.By using OM,SEM,mechanical property test and low temperature impact performance testing methods,the effects of normalizing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength low alloy low temperature steel were studied.The research shows that the 20 MnV hot rolled state sample tissue is composed of bar ferrite,a small amount of acicular ferrite and pearlite,and there is a clear pearlite band in the microst ructure.As the normalizing temperature rises,the striped and acicular ferrite gradually disappear,the tissue is more uniform,and the mixture is gradually becoming axial.After normalizing treatment at 860℃,the plasticity and low temperature performance of 20 MnV steel are the best,elongation is 21.5%,and low temperature impact absorbing energy is 59 J.After normalizing treatment at 920℃,the comprehensive performance of 20 MnV steel is the best.Yield strength and tensile strength are 450 MPa and 744 MPa,respectively,elongation is 20.5%,and low temperature impact absorbing energy is 45 J.
