摘 要:针对厚板埋弧焊焊接母材过热及焊接效率偏低的问题,提出一种高效冷丝复合埋弧工艺。采用热粗丝+双细冷丝的结构形式,研究高效冷丝复合埋弧焊接的实现过程。热丝直径5.0 mm,冷丝直径1.6 mm,热粗丝与双细冷丝呈等边三角形排布形式,冷丝倾斜角度75°。结果表明:冷丝填充使焊缝及热影响区微观晶粒细化,冲击韧性明显改善。与单粗丝埋弧焊相比,在车间实际作业环境下,其焊接整体效率提升约26%。Aiming at the problems of overheating of base metal and low welding efficiency of submerged arc welding of thick plate, a kind of high efficiency cold wire composite submerged arc process was proposed. The realization process of high efficient cold wire composite submerged arc welding was studied by using the structure of hot thick wire and double thin cold wires. The hot wire diameter was 5.0 mm, the cold wire diameter was 1.6 mm, the hot thick wire and the double thin cold wires were in an equilateral triangle arrangement, and the cold wire was inclined at an angle of 75°. The results show that the grains of the weld and the heat affected zone are refined by the filling of cold wire and the impact toughness improves obviously.Compared with that of single thick wire submerged arc welding, the overall efficiency of the welding increases by about 26%in the actual working environment of the workshop.
