摘  要:主要研究了差厚板过渡区位置变化对盒形件成形性能的影响。使用Abaqus有限元软件对不同过渡区位置的差厚板进行了拉深模拟,得出应力、应变等值线图,分析了过渡区在不同位置的差厚板盒形件成形性能的变化。结果表明:随着过渡区位置的改变,差厚板的成形性能发生相应改变,过渡区位置向薄区偏移,主要变形区域分布在过渡区和厚区,成形性能提高,减薄率减小;过渡区位置向厚区偏移,主要变形区域分布在过渡区和薄区,成形性能降低,减薄率增大。The influence of the position change of the transition zone of tailor rolled blank(TRB) on the formability of the box part was studied. The deep drawing of TRB with different positions of transition zone was simulated by using Abaqus finite element software. The isoline diagram of stress and strain was obtained. The effect of the transition zone on the formability of the TRB box parts was analyzed. The results show that the formability of the TRB change with the changes of the position of the transition zone. When the position of the transition area is shifted to the thin area, the main deformation area is distributed in the transition area and the thick area, the formability is improved, the thinning rate is reduced. When the position of the transition zone is shifted to the thick area, the main deformation area is distributed in the transition zone and thin zone, the formability is decreased and the thinning rate increases.
