摘 要:采用硬度计、拉伸试验机、光学显微镜和X射线衍射仪研究了二次冷轧压下率对镀锡原板组织性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着二次冷轧压下率提高,试验钢的硬度和强度提高,各向异性增加,伸长率降低,而硬度和强度的增幅和伸长率的降幅逐渐减小。二次冷轧压下率对织构影响明显。随着二次冷轧压下率提高,α取向线中{001}<110>~{114}<110>的取向密度峰值逐渐从4.9提高到6.2;{223}<110>~{445}<110>的取向密度峰值逐渐从3.2提高到5.1;{332}<110>的取向密度峰值逐渐从3.4提高到3.8;但二次冷轧压下率对γ取向线的织构取向密度影响较小。The effects of secondary cold rolling reduction rate on the microstructure and properties of tinplate were studied by means of hardness tester, tensile tester, optical microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that with the increase of the reduction rate of secondary cold rolling, the hardness and strength of the test steel increase, the anisotropy increases, and the elongation decreases, while the increasing amplitude of hardness and strength and the decreasing amplitude of elongation decrease gradually. The secondary cold rolling reduction rate has a significant influence on the texture. With the increase of the reduction rate of secondary cold rolling, for α-orientation line the orientation density between {001}<110> and{114}<110> gradually increases from 4.9 to 6.2;the orientation density between {223}<110> and {445}<110> gradually increases from 3.2 to 5.1;the orientation density of {332}<110> gradually increases from 3.4 to 3.8. But it has little effect on the texture orientation density of γ-orientation line.
