摘  要:焊接数值计算中,对相变潜热的处理关系到模拟结果的精确性。对近年来焊接过程数值模拟常用的几种相变潜热处理方法进行梳理,分析了不同方法的特点及适用性。温度回升法将相变潜热的释放考虑为自身的温度改变;显热容法重新构造比热容函数处理相变潜热;等效热容法将相变潜热的释放换算成附加比热容;热焓法借助焓简化相变问题;液体分数法把相变潜热看作源项加入能量守恒方程。本文可为焊接数值计算中相变潜热处理方法的选择提供有益参考。In the welding numerical calculation process, the treatment of latent heat of phase change is related to the accuracy of the simulation results. Some treatment methods of latent heat commonly used in numerical simulation of the welding process were teased, and their characteristics and applicability were analyzed. The temperature recovery method considered the release of latent heat of phase change as temperature change of the metal itself. The apparent heat capacity method reconstructed the specific heat function to deal with the latent heat of phase change. The equivalent heat capacity method converted the release of latent heat into additional specific heat capacity. The enthalpy method simplified the phase change problem by means of enthalpy. The liquid fraction method took the latent heat as a source term and added it to energy conservation equation. The all-around induction and analyses in this article could provide valuable reference and guidance for the selection of latent heat treatment in the numerical calculation of welding processes.
