摘  要:探讨了3D打印激光功率和扫描速度两个参数在模拟口腔pH值的条件下对种植牙材料TC4钛合金(Ti-6A1-4V)耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:当激光功率不变时,钛合金种植牙的耐蚀性随扫描速度的增加而降低;当扫描速度不变时,钛合金种植牙的耐蚀性随着激光功率的增加而降低。激光功率设在175、225、275 W时,钛合金种植牙的耐蚀性随扫描速度的增加而降低。当扫描速度设定在900、1000、1100 mm/s时,钛合金种植牙的耐蚀性随激光功率的增加而降低。得到的最佳3D打印工艺参数为激光功率175 W、扫描速度900 mm/s。The effects of two parameters(laser power and scanning speed)of 3 D printing on the corrosion resistance of dental implant material TC4 titanium alloy(Ti-6 A1-4 V)under simulated oral pH were discussed.The results show that the corrosion resistance of titanium alloy teeth reduces with the increase of scanning speed when the laser power is constant.The corrosion resistance of titanium alloy dental implant teeth decreases with the increase of the laser power when the scanning speed does not change.When the laser power is set at 175 W,225 W and 275 W,the corrosion resistance of titanium alloy implant teeth decreases with the increase of scanning speed.When the scanning speed is set at 900 mm/s,1000 mm/s and1100 mm/s,the corrosion resistance of titanium alloy implant decreases with the increase of laser power.The best 3 D printing process parameters are the laser power of 175 W and the scanning speed is 900 mm/s.
