摘  要:采用等温淬火热处理工艺研制了ADI1000-5球铁双凸轮,其铸态显微组织包含90%的V或VI形状的石墨,并且不含I和II形状的石墨,球化率超过85%,石墨的大小为6级。分析了等温淬火前后双凸轮材料的金相组织。结果表明,经两级淬火后,双凸轮的抗拉强度超过1000 MPa,伸长率达到5%。目前,该双凸轮已研制成功并获得应用。The ADI1000-5 ductile iron double cam was developed by the isothermal quenching heat treatment process.The cast microstructure has 90%V or VI shaped graphite,and has no I and II shaped graphite,the spheroidizing rate is more than 85%,and the size of the graphite is grade 6.The metallographic microstructure of double cam before and after austempering was analyzed.The results show that the tensile strength of the double cam is more than 1000 MPa and the elongation is 5%after two-stage quenching.At present,the double cam has been successfully developed and applied.
