摘　　要：目的探究分析过敏性紫癜并支原体感染患儿细胞免疫功能的研究。方法选取该院2016年3月—2019年3月收纳的90例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究组且分为阳性和阴性两组,选取同期的体质健全的正常儿童21名作为对照组,对比分析两组在经过全自动分析监测仪检验后IgM、IgA、IgE以及血清补体C4和C3。结果研究组在临床症状中过敏性紫癜合并支原体感染明显更重(41.11%),而在腹痛合并关节肿痛(6例)、肾脏损害(5例)等方面阳性组明显多于阴性组(2例、1例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在IgA等水平上较对照组(1.52±0.51)g/L明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但阳性组(2.37±0.67)g/L与阴性组(2.49±0.72)g/L之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);IgM上阴性组(1.31±0.42)g/L和对照组(1.27±0.37)g/L与阳性组(0.88±0.45)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且后者更低;阳性组(61.50±60.1)IU/mL在IgE水平上较阴性组(53.58±43.41)IU/m L和对照组(42.97±37.74)IU/mL显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C3中阳性组降低较阴性组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组与对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过对过敏性紫癜合并支原体感染的患儿的细胞免疫功能检测分析得出,免疫功能IgA、IgM、IgE等均与正常儿童水平存在一定差异,CD3+、CD4+中患儿改变明显,上述经过治疗后得以良好恢复,具体机制有待后续进一步研究。Objective To investigate the cellular immune function of children with allergic purpura and mycoplasma infection.Methods90 children with allergic purpura admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the study group and di-vided into positive and negative groups.21 normal children with normal constitution were selected as the control group.IgM,IgA,IgE and serum complements C4 and C3 were analyzed in the two groups after being tested by a fully automated analytical monitor.Re-sults Allergic purpura complicated with mycoplasma infection was significantly heavier in the clinical group(41.11%),while the posi-tive group was significantly more than the negative group in abdominal pain with joint swelling and pain(6 cases)and renal damage(5 cases)more than the negative group(2 cases,1 case)the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group was significantly higher at the Ig A level than the control group(1.52±0.51)g/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but positive(2.37±0.67)g/L and there was no actual difference between the negative group(2.49±0.72)g/L,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the negative group(1.31±0.42)g/L on IgM and the control group(1.27±0.37)g/L and positive group(0.88±0.45)g/L.There was a significant difference between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the latter was lower;the positive group(61.50±60.1)IU/mL was at the IgE level compared with the negative group(53.58±43.41)IU/mL and the positive group(61.50±60.1)IU/mL and the control group(42.97±37.74)IU/mL was significantly higher the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive group of C3 was more obvious than the negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion By analyzing the cellular immune function of children with allergic purpura and mycoplasma infection,IgA,IgM,IgE and other immune function
