益肾祛瘀解毒方联合曼月乐治疗子宫内膜异位症临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察益肾祛瘀解毒方联合曼月乐(左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统)治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法选取80例2013年1月—2014年1月在该院治疗的曾行手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症复发者,按是否愿意接受中药治疗分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用曼月乐治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加服益肾祛瘀解毒方3个月经周期,观察两组治疗前后症状积分、人类巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、临床疗效等。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为87.5%;两组患者总有效率比较,治疗组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=42.350,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组中医症状积分、痛经积分、人类巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.684、2.319、2.008,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者异位囊肿显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.974,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组盆腔痛积分显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.683,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.359,P>0.05)。结论益肾祛瘀解毒方联合曼月乐治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效确切,优于单纯应用曼月乐,是治疗子宫内膜异位症较为理想的方案,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tonifying the Kidney and Removing Stasis and Detoxifying Prescript combined with Mirena(Levonorgestrel intrauterine system)in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods Eighty patients with recurrent en-dometriosis who underwent surgery in the hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were enrolled.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to whether they were willing to receive Chinese medicine treatment,40 cases each.The control group was treated with Mirena.The treatment group was given the three menstrual cycles of Tonifying the Kidney and Remov-ing Stasis and Detoxifying Prescript on the basis of the control group.The symptom scores before and after treatment,human macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),clinical efficacy and so on were compared.Results The total effective rate was 92.5%in the treatment group and 87.5%in the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=42.35,P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores,dysmenorrhea scores,and human macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.684,2.319,2.008,P<0.05).After treatment,The ectopic cysts in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.974,P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic pain score in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.683,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(χ~2=1.359,P>0.05).Conclusion Tonifying the Kidney and Removing Stasis and Detoxifying Prescript combined with Mirena is effective in the treatment of endometriosis,which is better than the simple
