摘　　要：本文通过对影响API Spec 6A平板闸阀质量的承压性能、密封性能、操作性能和使用寿命等指标进行分析,找出了影响这些指标的影响因素,并提出了控制参数、方法和手段,为控制闸阀质量提供重要参考依据,从而达到提升闸阀质量的目的。Through the analysis of the pressure-bearing performance,sealing performance,operating performance and service life,etc.of API Spec 6A flat gate valve,the influence factors of these indicators are found,and the control parameters,methods and means are proposed.It will provide an important reference for the quality control of gate valve,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of gate valve.
