树脂浸渍率对柔性石墨板热学及电学性能的影响

摘  要:本文以柔性石墨材料作为研究对象,通过对相同体密度不同面密度柔性石墨板浸渍丙烯酸体系树脂,研究面密度及浸渍率对热导率及面比电阻的关系。结果显示,体密度相同,浸渍率相当的条件下,柔性石墨面密度的差异对复合材料面比电阻的影响起到了主导作用。相同面密度不同浸渍率条件下,材料面比电阻无明显差异。相同体密度不同面密度的柔性石墨材料浸渍树脂前后,均以石墨相间的热传导为主要传热机制,TP方向热导率无明显差异。In this paper,the relationship between area density and impregnation rate on thermal conductivity and area specific resistance is investigated by impregnating acrylic system resin on flexible graphite plates with different area densities of the same volume density.The results show that the difference in the area density of flexible graphite plays a dominant role in the area specific resistance of the composites under the same volume density and comparable impregnation rates.There is no significant difference in the material area specific resistance for the same area density with different impregnation rate conditions.Before and after the impregnation of the flexible graphite with the same volume density and different area densities with resin,the heat conduction between graphite phases is the main heat transfer mechanism,and there is no significant difference in the thermal conductivity in TP direction.
