摘　　要：2014年2月乌克兰危机发生以后,乌克兰共产党面临新困境,新上台执政的民族主义政党将矛头直指共产主义意识形态,并于2015年4月9日在乌克兰最高拉达通过了"关于乌克兰谴责共产主义和国家社会主义(纳粹)等极权主义并禁止宣传其标识"法案,谋划取缔共产党。在这样的情况下,乌克兰共产党调整战略战术,积极应对,加强党的建设,积极使用法律武器,成功顶住了来自右翼政府的压力,保住了乌克兰共产党,并将党员人数稳定在5万人。与此同时,乌克兰共产党还积极开展新的抗争,利用国内国际两个平台,揭批乌克兰右翼当局的法西斯主义倾向,并呼吁国际社会警惕法西斯主义复兴。世界多国共产党和工人党展现了无产阶级的国际大团结精神,纷纷给予乌克兰共产党声援和支持,并敦促本国政府向乌克兰当局施压,反对其打压共产党人。After the outbreak of the Ukraine crisis in February 2014,the Communist Party of Ukraine began to face new difficulties.The newly elected nationalist party took aim at communist ideology,and on April 9,2015,the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed the bill of"On Ukraine’s Condemnation of Communism and State Socialism(Nazism)and Other Totalitarianism and Prohibiting the Publicizing of Their Logos",seeking to ban the Communist Party.Under such circumstances,the Party adjusted its strategies and tactics,strengthened its party building and used legal weapons to respond actively.Eventually,the Party successfully withstood the pressure from the right-wing government,saved the Party,and kept the number of party members steady at 50,000.At the same time,the Party has been actively engaged in new struggles,using both domestic and international platforms to expose and criticize the fascist tendencies of the Ukrainian right-wing authorities and calls on the international community to guard against the revival of fascism in Ukraine.Many Communist Parties and Workers’Parties in the world have demonstrated great international unity of the proletariat,showing solidarity and support to the Communist Party of Ukraine and urging their government to put pressure on the Ukrainian administration against its suppression of the Communists.
