摘　　要：抗战时期中国共产党提出的减租土地政策,很快在根据地土地法中得到了确立,减租成为根据地租佃法的重中之重。减租导致的地主大量撤佃,催生了佃权保障制度,在此基础上各根据地的减租、查减、退租群众运动得以深入开展。在立法减租到实践减租的不断反复中,根据地租佃法渐趋完善,最终实现了减租与交租、减租与佃权保障、减租与退租的完美统一。The policy of rent reduction put forward by the Communist Party of China was soon established in the land law of the anti-Japanese base area and the rent reduction was the top priority of the land tenancy law in the anti-Japanese base areas.The reduction of rent led to a large number of landlords’withdrawal of tenancy,which gave birth to the security system of tenant right.Subsequently,the mass movements of rent reduction,rent check,and rent withdrawal in each base area were carried out in depth.The law of land tenancy in the base areas has been gradually improved with the legislative rent reduction turning to practice rent reduction over and over,and finally realized the perfect unity of rent reduction and rent payment,rent reduction and tenant right protection,rent reduction and rent withdrawal.
