基于逆流挽舟法论风药在脾胃系疾病中的应用

摘　　要：综合分析人参败毒散的方义及易水学派在脾胃系疾病中的风药运用,认为逆流挽舟法与易水学派中风药的使用一脉相承,其实质就是用风药治疗脾胃系疾病,取其升阳、化湿、胜湿、疏肝等健运脾胃的作用以止泻痢。The prescription of Baidu Powder and the application of wind herbs by the Yishui school in treating the spleen and stomach diseases were comprehensively analyzed.It was believed that the method of sailing boat against stream was consistent with the application of wind herbs by the Yishui school.The essence was using wind herbs to treat the spleen and stomach diseases,because wind herbs had functions of promoting yang,dissipating dampness,eliminating dampness,soothing the liver to promote the spleen and stomach for stopping diarrhea.
