摘　　要：从阳痿的概述、病因病机、古今医家理论、临证指要4个方面梳理阳痿证治的历史发展沿革和变化脉络,撷取古今医家对阳痿辨证思想和临床验方的菁华,以期更好地指导临床。This article reviewed the historical development and changes in the treatment of impotence from four aspects:overview of impotence,etiology and pathogenesis,theories of ancient and modern medical practitioners,and clinical guidelines,as well as extracted the essence of ancient and modern medical practitioners’ideas and clinical prescriptions on impotence in order to better guide clinical practice.
