摘　　要：通过梳理中医经典名方保阴煎古今文献,考证其组成制法、方义衍变,挖掘历代医家临床应用情况,明确其辨治规律、适用范围、临床疗效,为形成可推广的适宜技术提供文献依据。Through combing the ancient and modern literatures of classical prescription Baoyinjian,this paper researched its constituent methods and the evolution of prescriptions,explored the clinical useage of doctors in the past dynasties,and clarified its law of differentiation and treatment,scope of application,and clinical efficacy.The study was hoped to provide literature basis for the formation of suitable technologies which could be promoted.
