疏肝饮联合耳穴揿针对肝火上炎型暴聋疗效的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服疏肝饮联合耳穴揿针治疗肝火上炎型暴聋的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性随机对照试验方法,选取肝火上炎型暴聋患者72例,分成治疗组和对照组,每组36例,分别采用口服疏肝饮(自拟方)联合耳穴揿针治疗与单纯口服疏肝饮治疗。采用纯音听阈测试听力,比较两组患者听力恢复程度及伴随症状耳闷胀感的缓解程度。结果口服疏肝饮联合耳穴揿针对肝火上炎型暴聋的临床疗效较为显著,总有效率91.67%,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服疏肝饮联合耳穴揿针治疗肝火上炎型暴聋疗效较佳。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Decoction combined with auricular acupuncture of press needle on sudden hearing loss with syndrome of liver fire flaring up.Methods A prospective randomized controlled trial was carried out.Seventy-two patients were selected,who were clinically diagnosed as sudden hearing loss with syndrome of liver fire flaring up.The patients were divided into the treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral Shugan Decoction(self-made formula)combined with auricular acupuncture of press needle,and the control group was only treated with oral Shugan Decoction.The pure tone threshold was used to test the hearing,and the degree of hearing recovery and the relief degree of ear tightness and distention were compared between the two groups.Results Oral Shugan Decoction combined with auricular acupuncture of press needle showed significant clinical efficacy on patients of sudden hearing loss with syndrome of liver fire flaring up.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral Shugan Decoction combined with auricular acupuncture of press needle shows exact efficacy on patients of sudden hearing loss with syndrome of liver fire flaring up.
