异功散联合常规西药治疗慢性病贫血(脾气虚证)的随机、双盲、安慰剂对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察异功散联合常规西药治疗慢性病贫血的临床疗效。方法将46例慢性病贫血患者随机分为异功散组(24例)和安慰剂组(22例),两组均根据原发病予以相应的西医常规治疗,异功散组同时加用异功散颗粒剂,安慰剂组同时加用异功散安慰颗粒剂。两组疗程均为4周,观察中医证候积分、血红蛋白、网织红细胞百分比、铁代谢指标(血清铁、总铁结合力、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度)的变化情况。结果治疗后,异功散组与安慰剂组比较,中医证候明显改善,血红蛋白显著升高(P<0.05);异功散与血红蛋白升高的程度(≥10g/L)以及中医证候积分变化呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论异功散可以改善慢性病贫血患者的中医证候,提高血红蛋白水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yigong Powder combined with conventional western medicine in treating anemia of chronic disease.Methods Forty-six patients with anemia of chronic disease were randomly divided into the Yigong Powder group(24 cases)and placebo group(22 cases).Both groups were treated with the corresponding routine treatment of western medicine according to the original disease.Additionally,the Yigong Powder group was treated with Yigong Powder granules,and the placebo group was treated with placebo of Yigong Powder granules,with a course of 4 weeks.The changes of Chinese medical syndrome score,hemoglobin,reticulocyte percentage,iron metabolism indexes(serum iron,total iron binding capacity,ferritin,transferrin saturation)were observed.Results After treatment,compared with the placebo group,the Chinese medical syndrome was significantly improved in the Yigong Powder group,and the hemoglobin was significantly increased(P<0.05).The dose of Yigong Powder was positively correlated with the degree of hemoglobin increase(≥10 g/L)and the change of Chinese medical syndrome score(P<0.05).Conclusion Yigong Powder can improve the Chinese medical syndrome and increase the hemoglobin level of patients with anemia of chronic disease.
