摘　　要：目的探讨健脾清化方对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢指标和体质量的影响。方法采用回顾性临床研究方法,选取68例2型糖尿病气阴两虚型患者,分为常规组和健脾清化方组,随访时间超过3个月,观察两组治疗前后糖脂代谢指标和体质量变化。结果治疗3个月后,健脾清化方组FPG、HbAlc、TG、LDL-C及BMI指数,均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾清化方可降低2型糖尿病气阴两虚患者体质量,改善糖脂代谢指标。Objective To investigate the effects of Jianpi Qinghua Formula on glycolipid metabolism indexes and body mass in patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods A retrospective clinical research was performed.Sixty-eight patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin were selected,and divided into the convention group and Jianpi Qinghua Formula group.After followed-up for more than 3 months,the changes of glycolipid metabolism indexes and body mass were observed in both groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment for 3 months,the levels of FPG,HbAlc,TG,LDL-C and BMI in the Jianpi Qinghua Formula group were lower than those in the convention group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Qinghua Formula can reduce the body mass and improve the glycolipid metabolism indexes in patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.
