灵芪参口服液改善2型糖尿病(气阴两虚证)糖代谢和胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察灵芪参口服液对2型糖尿病患者糖代谢、胰岛功能的影响。方法纳入气阴两虚证的2型糖尿病患者144例,在基础治疗方案基础上随机分组,治疗组加用灵芪参口服液,对照组加用安慰剂。两组疗程均为12周,观察糖代谢、血糖达标率、胰岛素抵抗指数、临床症状改善情况。结果两组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清白蛋白存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清白蛋白均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),对照组空腹血糖下降(P<0.05),但餐后血糖较治疗前上升(P<0.05)。治疗期间,空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清白蛋白的组间比较也存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组胰岛素抵抗指数下降(P<0.05),对照组无变化;治疗期间,治疗组的胰岛素抵抗指数下降程度大于对照组(P<0.05),而且灵芪参口服液可以有效地改善糖尿病患者气阴两虚证的证候。治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分下降(P<0.05),对照组中医证候积分也下降(P<0.05),但治疗组的有效率和显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论灵芪参口服液能改善气阴两虚证2型糖尿病患者的糖代谢水平和胰岛素抵抗。Objective To observe the effects of Lingqishen Oral Liquid on the glucose metabolism and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 144 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus(syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin)were included.The patients were randomly divided into groups based on the fixed original medication plan.Additionally,the treatment group was treated with Lingqishen Oral Liquid,and the control group was treated with the placebo,with a course of 12 weeks.The glucose metabolism,blood glucose standard rate,insulin resistance index and total effective rate of clinical symptoms improvement were observed.Results In both groups,there were statistically significant differences in fasting plasma glucose,postprandial plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and glycated serum albumin between treatment before and after(P<0.05).The fasting plasma glucose,postprandial plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and glycosylated serum albumin in the treatment group were decreased compared with treatment before(P<0.05),while in the control group,the fasting plasma glucose was decreased(P<0.05),but the postprandial plasma glucose was increased compared with treatment before(P<0.05).During the study,there were statistically significant differences in fasting plasma glucose,postprandial plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and glycated serum albumin between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the index of insulin resistance was decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05),but no change was found in the control group.During the study,the decrease of the index of insulin resistance in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Lingqishen Oral Liquid can effectively improve the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin in diabetic patients.After treatment,the Chinese medical syndrome score was decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the Chinese medical syndrome score was also decreased in the control group(P<0.05),but the effective rate and marked effective rate i
