从“韦伯命题”看中国式现代化的世界意义

摘　　要：“韦伯命题”指证了现代化过程中的三个普遍性难题:一是资本对于实现现代化有着根本的重要性,但它又是各种危机的总根源,那么如何才能将“利用资本”和“限制资本”统一起来呢?二是现代化是理性化的过程,但现代化却又会形成工具理性的霸权,从而会因价值迷失而使现代化滑向非理性化,那么如何才能将“工具理性”与“价值理性”统一起来呢?三是现代化需要稳定的社会秩序,但现代化过程又会因滋生出各种不稳定因素使社会失范,那么如何才能实现“现代化”与“社会稳定”的统一呢?中国式现代化道路的成功开辟,为解决这三大难题提供了有效办法:通过建立社会主义市场经济体制,解决了现代化的动力机制问题;坚持“两个结合”,避免了现代化滑向非理性化的问题;不断加强国家能力和社会主义核心价值观建设,有效化解了现代化过程中因利益分化和价值分化而导致的社会不稳定问题。中国式现代化为解决现代化过程中的普遍性难题所提供的有效方案,充分彰显中国式现代化的世界意义。The"Weber thesis"points to three universal challenges in the process of modernization.Firstly,capital has fundamental importance for achieving modernization,but it is also the primary cause of various crises.So how can we unify"utilizing capital"and"limiting capital"?Secondly,modernization is a process of rationalization,but modernization will also form the hegemony of instrumental rationality,leading to modernization sliding towards irrationality due to value maze.How can we unify"instrumental rationality"and"value rationality"?Thirdly,modernization requires a stable social order,but various unstable factors can breed in the process of modernization,leading to social disorder.How can we achieve the unify of"modernization"and"social stability"?The successful opening up of Chinese path to modernization has provided an effective way to solve the three major problems.The problem of the dynamic mechanism of modernization has been solved by establishing a socialist market economic system.Adhering to the"two combinations"has avoided the problem of modernization slipping towards irrationality.Continuously strengthening national capabilities and building the core socialist values has effectively resolved the problem of social instability caused by the differentiation of interests and values during the modernization.The effective solutions provided by Chinese modernization to the universal problems fully demonstrate the world significance of Chinese modernization.
