摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,美国共产党围绕为什么实现社会主义、实现什么样的社会主义、怎样实现社会主义等基本问题,从理论与实践上对社会主义进行了新的探索。它跟踪分析资本主义的新特征及各种危机;深入探讨社会主义的蓝图及过渡方式和步骤;强调从美国国情出发,独立自主探索美国特色社会主义;与时俱进调整党建的思路与方法;积极参与国内选举政治;及时剖析、抨击极右翼政府的内外政策。这些新探索对于推动美国社会主义运动的发展作出了贡献,对于世界各国共产党探索本国的社会主义道路具有重要的启示意义,对于丰富和发展科学社会主义理论亦具有重要的参考价值。当然,美共这些新探索的实际效果还需要接受实践的进一步检验。Since the 21st century,the Communist Party of the United States has made a new exploration of socialism in theory and practice focusing on why to achieve socialism,what socialism to achieve and how to achieve socialism.It continuously analyzes capitalist new characters and kinds of crises;plans the blueprint of socialism,the way and stages of transition to socialism;emphasizes that America should proceed from the national conditions and explore socialism with American characteristics independently;adjusts the thinking and methods of party building with the times;actively participates in domestic electoral politics;analyzes and criticizes the domestic and foreign policies of the extreme right-wing governments in time.These new explorations have contributed to the development of the socialist movement in the United States,have important enlightenment significance for the Communists of the world to explore their own socialist roads,and also have important reference value for enriching and developing scientific socialist theory.Of course,the practical effects of these new explorations need to be further tested by practice.
