肺脏功能在多囊卵巢综合征的发病过程中不可忽视

摘　　要：探讨殷岫绮教授辨治多囊卵巢综合征的经验。其认为某些多囊卵巢综合征的临床表现可追责为肺脏的功能失调,应重视肺脏在多囊卵巢综合征发病中的致病病机,且治疗佐以宣肺肃降、养阴润肺。常用药物有川贝母、桔梗、瓜蒌皮、桑白皮、青礞石、半夏、薄荷、蝉蜕等。To explore Professor Yin Xiuqi’s experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Consider that the clinical manifestation of some polycystic ovarian syndrome cases can be attributed to pulmonary functional disorder,and attention should be paid to the pathogenesis of lung in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome.And ventilating the lung,keeping the qi flowing downward and replenishing yin to relieve dryness of the lung could be added in therapy.Commonly used drugs include Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,Platycodonis Radix,Trichosanthis Pericarpium,Mori Cortex,Chloriti Lapis,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Menthae Haplocalycis Herba,Cicadae Periostracum,etc.
