藿香正气散加减治疗儿童寒湿型急性诺如病毒胃肠炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价藿香正气散加减联合西医常规疗法治疗儿童寒湿型急性诺如病毒胃肠炎的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法:纳入寒湿型急性诺如病毒胃肠炎患儿64例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组患儿给予西医基础治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上加用藿香正气散加减口服。两组疗程均为5 d。比较两组的临床疗效及主症消失时间;治疗前后,比较两组患儿的中医证候积分及血清白介素(IL)-6、IL-1β的水平。结果:①治疗后,观察组、对照组的临床总有效率分别为93.55%、73.33%,观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗期间,观察组患儿的腹泻、恶心呕吐消失时间较对照组均明显缩短(P<0.05)。③治疗后,两组患儿的中医证候积分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且观察组患儿的积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。④治疗后,两组患儿的血清IL-6、IL-1β水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组患儿的IL-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:藿香正气散加减结合西医常规疗法治疗儿童寒湿型急性诺如病毒胃肠炎,能够有效改善患儿的临床症状,降低其血清炎性因子水平。Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder combined with conventional western medicine on acute norovirus gastroenteritis of cold-damp type and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Method:Sixty-four children with acute norovirus gastroenteritis of cold-damp type were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder on the basis of control group.The treatment course of both groups was 5 days.The clinical efficacy and the disappearance time of principal symptoms were compared between the two groups.Before treatment and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-1β in serum were compared between the two groups.Results:①The total clinical efficacy rates of observation group and control group were 93.55%and 73.33%,respectively,and the curative effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).②During the treatment,the disappearance time of diarrhea,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).③After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome score of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,IL-1β in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum level of IL-1β in observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with acute norovirus gastroenteritis of cold-damp type,and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
