中药活性成分百秋李醇在疾病防治中的实验研究进展

摘　　要：百秋李醇是传统中草药广藿香的重要药效成分。近年百秋李醇已经报道了多种有应用前景的药用活性,包括抗流感病毒、抗炎、调节肠道菌群治疗慢性肠病、抗抑郁、镇痛、改善急性脑损伤、抗肿瘤、抗代谢相关疾病等。本综述将对百秋李醇在疾病中的实验研究进展总结,并试就当前研究中存在的问题进行分析,为进一步开展后续研究提供一定参考。Patchouli alcohol is an important active ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine Pogostemonis Herba.In recent years,avariety of promising medicinal activities of patchouli alcohol have been reported,including influenza virus treatment,anti-inflammatory,regulating intestinal flora treatment of chronic intestinal diseases,anti-depression,analgesia,improving acute brain injury,antitumor,resisting metabolic related diseases,etc.This review will summarize the progress of the experimental research on patchouli alcohol indiseases,and try to analyze the existing problems in the current research,to provide a reference for further research.
