成人急性弧菌性腹泻的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：本文报告1986年成人急性弧菌性腹泻的临床与实验研究结果。共收治865例急性感染性腹泻患者,粪便培养共计检获弧菌科细菌195株,其中弧菌属187株,包括副溶血弧菌142株;拟态弧菌18株;河弧菌10株,溶藻弧菌7株;非0—1群霍乱弧菌7株;麦氏弧菌2株,海鱼弧菌1株。气单胞菌属8株,包括嗜水气单胞菌7株;温和气单胞菌1株。其他还有志贺氏菌属102株;沙门氏菌属5株;耶尔森氏菌属2株。细菌培养结果表明成人急性细菌性腹泻的致病菌种类繁多,弧菌科中的弧菌属占优势且种类多,包括较少见者。药敏检测结果提示常用抗菌药物有不同程度的抑菌作用。有关致病弧菌的发病及流行情况,仍有待继续监测。This article deals with the clinical and laboratory study on 865 adults with acute vibrio diarrhea in 1986.The pathogens isolated were as fellows:Vibrionaceae in 195,including 187 strains of Vibrio spp;Vibrio parahemolyticus in 142;Vibrio mimicus in 18;Vibrio fluvialis in 10;Vibrio alginolyticus in 7;Vibrio cholera non-1 group in 7;Vibrio metschnikovii in 2;Vibrio damsela in 1,and 8 strains of Aeromonas spp,Aeromonas hydrophila in 7 and Aeromonas serbia in 1.Besides,there were 102 strains of Shigella spp(mainly S.flexnerii),5 of Salmonella spp and 2 of Yersinia enterocolitica.This study showed that a number of bacteria might be the pathogens of acute infectious diar-rhea in adults,Vibrio spp was the prodominant one and uncommon Vibrio spp may also be found.The results of drug sensitivity test suggested that the commonly used antimicrobial drugs showed various degrees of inhibitory action on the aforementioned pathogens.The incidence and pathogenicity of the pathogenic Vibrio spp deserve further investigation.
