柯兴综合征患者血浆心钠素的变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：20例柯兴综合征者血浆心钠素(ANP)均值为782±67pg/ml,明显高于正常对照组(339±34pg/ml),手术治疗后,血浆ANP随血、尿皮质醇(F)、血压下降而降至436±49pg/ml,相关检验示:血浆ANP与收缩压、舒张压及血、尿皮质醇均呈正相关;提示:柯兴综合征者血浆ANP升高可能与过度分泌的肾上腺皮质激素导致血容量增加、血压升高有关,柯兴综合征者血浆ANP升高可能是其病理生理过程中有益的代偿性反应。Plasma atrial natriuretic polypeptide(ANP)was found significantly increased in 20 patients with Cushing’s syndrome as compared with the control group(782±67pg/ml vs 339+34pg/ml).The increased ANP returned to normal after surgical correction of hypercortisolism.It was found that the blood pressure,plasma and urinary hydrocortisone correlated positively with plasma ANP.It could be considered that the increased ANP might be a compensatory reaction to hypertension and might play a role in the pathophysiology of Cushing’s syndrome.
