腰椎退变性滑脱和神经根压迫症

摘　　要：18例腰椎退变性滑脱和神经根压迫症,采用单纯椎板切除减压3例,前路椎体间融合1例和椎板部分切除或神经根减压合并自体髂骨移植14例。根据腰部和下肢症状及X线征象作评定标准,优7例,良8例,差3例。其中2例滑脱加重,植骨未融合。文内对本病的病理、临床特点和手术适应证加以讨论。Eighteen patients underwent spinal root canal and foramenal decompression for nerve root compression syndrome on account of degenerative spcndylolisthesis.In 10 of thesepatients,decompression was followed by autograft arthrodesis for stability.Clinical results were based on patients’subjective assessments and objective examination.The results were considered excellent in 7 cases,good in 8,fair in 2 and failure in 1.The pathology,clinical characteristics of the disease and indications of operation are briefly discussed.
