犬左心转流流量改变对右心室收缩功能的影响

摘　　要：本文报道犬左心转流时流量改变对右心室收缩功能影响的实验研究。结果显示:50%心输出量的左心转流是能改变右室功能,但不宜超过75%,达到90%能影响右室收缩力,但不能达到衰竭程度。若全部右室前壁或室隔有缺血引起的收缩障碍时,高流量左心转流有导致右心衰竭可能。文内讨论了左、右心室收缩之关系。Canine right ventricular contractility during left hcart bypass was studied by applying different flow patterns.Results indicated that left heart bypass with 50 percentbypass flow of the total canine cardiac output would improve the function of the rightventricle and with 90 percent bypass flow would affect the contractility of the right ventricle but not to the extent of vcntricular failure.If the entire anterior wall of the rightventricle or the ventricular septal was ischemic leading to the functional disturbance of myotcardial contractility,high flow left heart bypass might cause right ventricular failure.The relationship between the contractilies of left and right ventricles is discussed.
