导针定向器在三刃钉手术中的应用

摘　　要：本文介绍根据矩形原理设计制造的一种导针定向器的构造、使用方法及注意事项。经31例临床使用,导针插入一次满意者28例,占90.3%,另3例经再次调整后也获得满意结果。未发生股动脉、股神经损伤的并发症。导针定向器的优点是可减少导针插入的盲目性,避免损伤组织和破坏血运,缩短了手术的时间。At present,closed reduction and internal fixation with three-flanged nail is still the commonly used method for femoral neck fracture.The correct insertion of guide wire during operation is one of the key points to sucess.The authors introduce an orientator designed in 1978 according to the principle of rectangle.This orientator had been used in 31 cases,among which 28(90.3%)cases had correct insertion of guide wire by one trial and only 3 needed a second trial.The structure of the orientator and the way of using it are fully described.
