弹簧加压螺纹钉治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折——附43例初步报告

摘　　要：本文介绍采用弹簧加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折。经随访7月~3年(平均18.3月)的48例治疗结果,功能恢复满意者占88.4%,不愈合和股骨头坏死各占7%。这种螺纹钉的优点是对股骨头有较大持握力,不致滑出或进入关节腔,负重力大不致折断,尾部的弹簧加压装置对骨折端有持续加压作用。Forty-three cases of fresh fracture of femoral neck have been treated by applying spring-compression screw since July 1979.There were no operative or post-operative mortality and no complication during the follow-up period of 7 mo-3 yr,average 18 mo.Non-union and avascular necrosis of the femoral head occurred in 3 cases(7%)each,and 88.4%of the cases had satisfactory functional restoration.The screw has a good grip of the head of femur so the screw would neither pierce through the head nor slide out.The spring-compression screw and the operative procedure are described in detail.
