应用游离皮瓣一次阴茎再造2例报告

摘　　要：本文报道应用游离皮瓣(取自前臂)为2名阴茎全缺损患者进行了阴茎再造手术。皮瓣血管蒂分刖与股动脉及大隐静脉吻合。其中一例之尿道采用游离皮片制成,另一例则将前臂皮瓣之一部分内卷形成。手术一期完成,术后外观满意,排尿通畅。In June 1981 and Jan 1982,totally lost penis was reconstructed with free skin flap from forearm in two cases respectively.The vessels of vascular pedicles were anastomosed to the femoral artery and the branches of saphenous vein.In the first case,skin graft was used for urethral reconstruction.In the second case part of forearm skin flap was"use(?)to construct the urethra and the other part of this flap was used for the body of penis,and a piece of cartilage was inserted in between the two layers,the operations being completed in one stage.These operations were successful,the patients have satisfactory outward looks of the penis and good urinary stream during micturition.
