摘　　要：目的用内部控制管理的方法来完善医疗设备管理制度及流程,提升医疗设备管理水平。方法按照内部控制编制要求,按采购管理、存货管理与固定资产管理三大板块内容编制,并对照制度流程进行优化。结果自2016年进行内部控制建设以来,每年对照最新管理要求,进行内容持续改进。结论内部控制管理可有效地应用在医院医疗设备管理中,提高了医疗设备风险管理水平,规范内部业务流程,加强廉政风险防控机制。Objective To improve the regulation and process of the medical equipment management and increase the level of medical equipment the management by using the method of internal control management.Methods According to the requirements of internal control,three modules of management,including purchasing,inventory and fixed asset,were compiled and optimized by the regulation and process.Results Since the establishing of the internal control in 2016,the hospital has been improved and updated yearly followed by the newest requirements of management.Conclusion Internal control management can be used in hospital medical equipment management effectively and improve the level of medical equipment management in risk prevention and control.It can standard the internal business process and strengthen the risk prevention and control mechanism of corruption.
