摘　　要：目的研究使用针刺治疗对电子肠镜检查的影响。方法选取接受电子肠镜检查的160例受检者随机均分为对照组和研究组,各80例。对照组接受常规电子肠镜检查,研究组在电子肠镜检查时行针刺治疗。比较分析两组差异。结果研究组的息肉诊断率高,平均操作时间显著短,腹部疼痛程度低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行电子肠镜操作时配合使用针刺治疗,可提高肠镜息肉诊断率、缩短检查操作时间及减轻肠镜检查后患者腹胀痛的症状,值得广泛推广。Objective To study the effects of acupuncture on electronic enteroscopy.Methods 160 patients who received electronic colonoscopy were randomly divided into control group and study group,and 80 cases were in each group.The control group received conventional electronic colonoscopy examination,while the study group received acupuncture treatment during electronic colonoscopy.The differences between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The polyps diagnosis rate of the study group was higher,the average operation time was significantly shorter,and the degree of abdominal pain was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can improve the diagnosis rate of enteroscopy polyps,shorten the operation time and relieve the abdominal distention and pain of patients after enteroscopy.
